Arch-Team-4 Consultancy was established as a consortium of architects, engineers and quantity surveyors. Every consultant had already held a senior position in a reputable local or foreign consulting firm.
The firm works for corporations, institutions, government ministries, departments and agencies, private limited companies and individuals, on both fast-track and normal consultancy programmes. Its scope covers consultations, in-depth site investigation, and the preparation of feasibility studies and reports across nine technical areas.
Low overheads and a standing team let the practice keep its fee competitive without subcontracting the core disciplines — the reason the same names appear on a project from feasibility through to final account.
