About the practice

One consortium, so the drawings agree with each other.

Arch-Team-4 Consultancy was established on 8 July 1993 as a consortium of architects, engineers and quantity surveyors. Every consultant had already held a senior position in a reputable local or foreign practice.

Because architecture, structures, services and cost sit in the same building, a change on one drawing reaches the others the same week. That is the whole argument for the consortium: fewer surprises on site, and a bill of quantities that still matches the drawing it was measured from. We work for ministries, departments and agencies, universities, corporations, private companies and individual clients — on both fast-track and normal programmes.
